For every order, we provide a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Please note that the delivery times provided at checkout are estimates. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, ReStyle Closet is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.
Delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellation, compensation, or penalties — especially during high-volume seasons (e.g., holidays).

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or inability to deliver, you will have two options:

  1. Pay for reshipping, or

  2. Cancel the order (our team will contact you before finalizing this option).
